How long to rent
Rentals are billed in 2-week increments, with minimum fees applying, and extensions available per your physician's medical necessity. Most people start with the cold-therapy window their surgeon suggests, tell us your surgery date on the form and we'll help you plan it. Common questions
Can I use it over a splint or boot?
That depends on your surgeon's instructions, some cold-therapy protocols run over dressings, others directly on skin with a barrier. Ask your care team, and we'll confirm wrap fit when we call you.
I can't drive right now. How do I keep this running?
That's the point of an iceless system: one cup of water runs the entire recovery. There are no ice runs, the machine chills the water itself and holds your set temperature.
How long do people rent for?
